Christian Lattanzio’s Career Overview

Christian Lattanzio began his coaching career in Italy and later spent many years at West Ham United in England, where he worked as a scout and Assistant Sports Director under Gianfranco Zola.

He worked alongside renowned coach Fabio Capello with the England national team, leading them in major tournaments such as the 2010 World Cup in South Africa and the 2012 European Championship in Ukraine and Poland.

While simultaneously serving as a coach for the England national team, Lattanzio joined Manchester City, becoming Roberto Mancini’s right-hand man and winning the English Premier League in the 2011/12 season. Following this, he worked as an assistant coach with Patrick Vieira at New York City FC (MLS), OGC Nice (Ligue 1), and Charlotte FC (MLS). In the 2023 season, he served as the head coach of Charlotte FC.
